Personal Data We Collect and How

Your personal data is collected electronically through our website, partly provided by you through forms and partly by automated means:

• Identity and contact details: the full name and e-mail address you enter in the contact and career forms, and your phone number for career applications.
• Request details: the department you select in the contact form and the content of your message.
• Candidate details: the profile link (e.g. LinkedIn) and cover letter you send through the career form.
• Transaction security data: the IP address, browser information and time of visit automatically logged by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
• Usage data: statistics about visited pages and page performance, only if you allow analytics measurement.

Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To review and respond to the requests, questions and quotation requests you send through the contact form
• To evaluate career applications, contact suitable candidates and run recruitment
• To carry out quotation and contract processes for our products and services
• To keep the website secure and running, and to manage information security

• Contact and quotation requests: processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and to our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 5/2-f).
• Career applications: processing is directly related to concluding an employment contract (Art. 5/2-c) and to our legitimate interest in evaluating your application (Art. 5/2-f).
• Website security and hosting logs: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
• Analytics: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). Measurement tools only run once you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Location map: our legitimate interest in showing where we are (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfer of Personal Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with the recipients below and only for the stated purposes; transfers abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK:

• Form data: the information you send through the contact and career forms is kept on the servers used by our company and is not transferred to third parties.
• Hosting: the website is served through the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (USA), whose servers are located abroad. The IP address and browser information generated during your visit are transferred abroad for this purpose.
• Visit statistics: measured only with your permission, through Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., USA).
• Map: the location map on the contact page is shown through Google Maps (Google LLC, USA). When the page opens, your IP address and browser information are transferred to Google and Google's privacy policy applies.
• Authorities: where requested and to the extent required by law, legally authorised public bodies and courts.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of such correction, erasure or destruction; to object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing. How to exercise these rights is explained in the Application section below.

How to Apply

You can send requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by a signed letter stating your name, surname, contact details and the subject of your request to Beştepe Mahallesi 32. Cadde No:1/42 Moment Plaza, 06560 Yenimahalle / ANKARA - TÜRKİYE, to our registered e-mail (KEP) address [KEP adresi], or by e-mail to info@plancksignal.com. Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was processed for and for the periods required by law. Data sent through the contact form is kept for 3 years, and career applications for 1 year from the application date; after that it is deleted or anonymised. Data of hired candidates is kept as part of the employment relationship for the periods required by law. Your cookie choice is kept for 1 year.
