Supply of Rowe Hankins event recorders for EMU-160 trainsets; 20 units delivered to TÜRASAŞ, with installation carried out by TÜRASAŞ and technical support provided by Planck Signaling.

Planck Signaling is sourcing event recorders for EMU-160 trainsets through its partner Rowe Hankins. A total of 20 event recorder units have been procured and delivered to TÜRASAŞ. Installation is carried out by TÜRASAŞ, while Planck Signaling provides material supply and technical support.

Rowe Hankins acts as the manufacturer-side partner of Planck Signaling for this supply. All units have been delivered; the project remains active through ongoing technical support and acceptance processes.

On-board sensor and communication system delivered to TMS in 2024 and deployed on TCDD HT65000 high-speed trains; collects 3-axis acceleration, temperature and live position data, with a deep-learning model that analyses vibration to monitor track and equipment health and detect anomalies early.

Smart Train

Remote monitoring and intervention platform delivered to TMS in 2024 and deployed on TCDD HT65000 high-speed trains; MVB train data is streamed to a central database for live remote monitoring, in-motion intervention and historical analytics that improve maintenance and operations.

RAIL TEST SYSTEMS

Gearbox Test System

MATLAB-based test system delivered to TMS Motor in 2023 for validating train gearbox performance, durability and behaviour under operating conditions, acquiring analog sensor data via a processor for real-time monitoring and analysis.
