Planck Signaling delivered a web and mobile platform that enables TMS to track equipment via QR codes and to view expiry dates, maintenance dates and related records from both office and field. The platform unifies work equipment, chemicals, calibration, personnel cards, training-exam workflows and purchasing processes under a single system, eliminating disconnected spreadsheets and paper records.
By tagging assets with QR codes and capturing field updates from mobile devices, the platform turns raw operational data into management-readable insights — giving supervisors clear visibility of equipment status, upcoming maintenance and compliance deadlines, while keeping field teams focused on execution. The system was completed and handed over to TMS in 2023.
